A pull station should clearly identify the action it controls. RSG Security manufactures die-cast manual pull stations in Signal Hill, California, supporting OEM partners, distributors, and project teams. Custom wording, colors, logo plates, and hardware options help match each station to its application.
Our custom pull station overview brings those choices together. You can also open the visual builder to explore a configuration and send your requirements to RSG sales.
Your station. Your wording. Your colors.
Choose from nine body and text colors: red, blue, green, yellow, white, black, gray, purple, and orange. Body and text colors can be selected separately in the builder.
Use catalog wording or request custom legends for the housing and operating face. Options include multilingual wording and a company logo plate, subject to printable space and artwork review. Preview colors are approximate; our team confirms the production details before manufacturing.
Match the hardware to the application
| Option | What to discuss with RSG |
|---|---|
| Wording | The action, equipment, or system the station controls |
| Operation | Lift/pull cover and key-operated options |
| Keys | Available reset and key configurations |
| Enclosure | Standard, weatherproof (-WP), or explosion-proof (-EXP) requirements |
| Logo plate | Production-ready artwork and an approved proof |
Not every option can be combined. For example, key-operated models cannot be combined with a lift/pull cover or explosion-proof enclosure. RSG sales reviews the configuration and applicable approvals for your installation.
Clear identification for your project
Application-specific wording can identify fire alarm, agent release, emergency door release, or emergency shutdown functions. Share the installation environment and control requirements with us so we can help identify the appropriate station. A label alone does not establish system compatibility or approval.
Planning your configuration
- Explore the options. Select colors, wording, hardware, and logo options in the visual builder.
- Send your requirements. Submit your configuration without creating an account, or contact sales for help choosing.
- Confirm the details. RSG reviews the configuration, artwork, applicable approvals, pricing, lead time, and purchasing arrangements with you.
Custom wording outside the catalog may add cost or lead time. A configuration request starts a conversation; it does not place an online order.
